Four steps, start to keys
1. A first conversation
What you need, what you'd love, your budget and your timeline. It's free and there's no obligation.2. Pre-approval and the search
Your lender confirms what you can borrow. Then we watch the market together, including homes in the communities you're curious about but haven't seen yet.3. Viewings and an offer
I'll point out what the listing photos don't show, and when you find the one, I'll help you set terms and conditions (financing, inspection) that protect you.4. Through to closing
Your lawyer handles the closing. I stay on hand for inspections, conditions and the walkthrough until the keys are yours.
