These terms apply to your use of nyssacarter.com, operated by Nyssa Carter, REALTOR®, of The Agency Real Estate Brokerage | Halifax, 5546 Kaye Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3K 1Y5. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What the site is

The site introduces Nyssa and her services, shares information about Nova Scotia communities and the real estate market, and lets you contact her, download her buyer and seller guides, take a neighbourhood quiz, and subscribe to her market notes. Property searches open on REALTOR.ca, which is operated by the Canadian Real Estate Association under its own terms.

Information, not advice

Everything on the site, including articles, guides, community descriptions, quiz results and market commentary, is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, mortgage or appraisal advice, and it is not a substitute for advice about your own situation. Market conditions change quickly; information may be out of date by the time you read it. Before you make a decision, talk to Nyssa and to the appropriate professional.

Using the site, or sending a message through it, does not by itself create an agency or brokerage relationship. That relationship begins only when you sign a written agreement with The Agency Real Estate Brokerage | Halifax.
